On May 30, 2016, this nation will celebrate Memorial Day, which is a federal holiday for remembering the people who died while serving in the country’s armed forces. This holiday, which is observed ever year on the last Monday of May, originated as Decoration Day after the American Civil War in 1868, when the Grand Army of the Republic, an organization of Union veterans founded in Decatur, Illinois, established it as a time for the nation to decorate the graves of the Union war dead with flowers. By the 20th century, competing Union and Confederate holiday traditions, celebrated on different days, had merged, and Memorial Day eventually extended to honor all Americans who died in the military service.
You are entitled to know the truth about this filthy, abominable and idolatrous practice which dominates this nation not only on Memorial Day but all others. The Bible is against memorialization or remembrance for the sake of any honoring of evil, sin, pride, murder, sodomites, death, and worshipping the dead especially the wicked dead. If your loved one died in the military service there is 99.99999999% probability that they are in hell. And that statistically irrelevant exception—that remnant who were elected to salvation by God, for whom Jesus Christ died, and whom the Spirit of God communicated that salvation–that served in the military are still not to be worshipped for any purpose and especially not for the purpose that they sponsored or supported an evil sodomite nation in their warmongering, murderous ways.
The Bible reserves memorializations or remembrances for things concerning the Lord your God and His works and His ways. For example a permanent memorial was set up where the children of Israel passed over dry land in the midst of the Jordan river when entering the promised land. Joshua 4:7.
See Psalm 135:13: “Thy name, O LORD, endureth for ever; and thy memorial, O LORD, throughout all generations.”
And see Hosea 12:5: “Even the LORD God of hosts; the LORD is his memorial.” Which puts his people in all ages in remembrance of him, what he is, what an infinite, almighty, and all sufficient Being he is; and he is always to be believed in, and trusted to, and to be served, adored, and worshipped.
Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” Remember and think upon the truth of the Gospel, the lovely mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, the honesty of our God’s promises of redemption, the good report of the Spirit of Grace which leads his people into all truth, the virtue of Christ’s imputed righteousness, and that worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive praise.
The only memorial befitting this nation, its institutions, and especially its military dead can be found at Psalm 9:17: “The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God,” and Jude 1:7: “Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example [or a memorial], suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.”
Specifically prohibited as abomination is the garnishing of the holes where you have put the rotting carcasses of these wicked dead as part of your necromancer practices. What does God say about it? “When thou art come into the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations. There shall not be found among you any … necromancer. For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee. Thou shalt be perfect with the LORD thy God.” (Deuteronomy 18:9-13).
There was something bad wrong with this evil nation to have become embroiled in that God-awful civil war in the first place. Nearly ½ of the total dead Americans killed in all wars which this nation was ever involved in were killed in the civil war: 620,000 dead. And what did Americans do to show gratitude when God delivered them from that great evil: they turned to greater abominations including this practice of worshipping the dead including in events called “Memorial Day.” “Shall I not visit them for these things? saith the LORD: shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?” (Jeremiah 9:9)
We live in a nation of heathen necromancers.
“He is not the God of the dead, but the God of the living: ye therefore do greatly err.” (Mark 12:27). “Why seek ye the living among the dead?” (Luke 24:5).
Here is the only memorial that counts for this evil nation and its population: Psalm 9:5: “Thou hast rebuked the heathen, thou hast destroyed the wicked, thou hast put out [the memorial of their] name for ever and ever.” “Put out” as in blot out, wipe out, annihilate, exterminate, and obliterate.
God Hates your Memorial Days!
